Overnight Oats
Servings: 4-6
Description: Easy breakfast that saves time on busy mornings.
Ingredients:
2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
1/2 cup chia seeds
3 cups milk
3 cups plain Greek yogurt
1 tsp vanilla extract
Toppings (all optional and your preference): berries (fresh or frozen), honey, raisins, cinnamon, banana, granola, nuts, peanut butter (other nut butters), apples, seeds, etc.
Recipe:
In a large bowl, stir together oats, chia seeds, milk, Greek yogurt, and vanilla until combined.
Add to individual containers or keep in one large container to store in the refrigerator.
Refrigerate overnight.
Mix oats in the morning and top with whatever toppings.
