Chocolate PB Date Bars

Description: The perfect snack to soothe that sweet tooth, and EASY to make.
Ingredients:
- 12 dates
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 3 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 3 tbsp collagen or protein powder (optional)
Recipe:
1. Split dates in half and remove pits, then place in 3 rows of four on a pan with parchment paper
2. Pour peanut butter over dates and spread evenly
3. Melt the coconut oil and mix in the cocoa powder and collagen
4. Pour over peanut butter and dates, spread evenly
5. Freeze for 1 hr then cut into 12 portions
6. Store in freezer for best quality
